- Prior experience compiling and analyzing employment related data and metrics
- 2-3 year’s in HR as a Recruiting Coordinator or applicable business administration experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree
- ATS (iCIMS) experience
We are seeking an entry-level, customer-focused individual that enjoys a high production, high volume environment.
– Create new hire offer letters
– On-boarding employees once offer is accepted
– Complete I-9 verification
– Conduct background checks (new hires and current employees)
– Schedule interviews for candidates including travel arrangements
– Internal reporting
– Assist with any administrative tasks as required
– Manage ad hoc projects
– 2-3 years' experience in HR as a Recruiting Coordinator or applicable business administration experience.
– Strong detail orientation with excellent organizational skills and critical thinking ability
– Customer-focus with ability to manage multiple tasks in a high volume, fast-paced environment
– Prior experience compiling and analyzing employment-related data and metrics
– Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– ATS (iCIMS) experience is a plus.
– Bachelor's Degree preferred
