Order Processing Representative

Responsibilities

  • Sales order processing
  • Customer service for our customers and internal employees (e-mails, phone)
  • Working with internal ERP systems, Salesforce.com software, QuickBooks – knowledge of any of this software is a plus
  • Working closely with leasing companies
  • Updating our customers in a physician finder on our website
  • Working with different freight companies & external marketing supplier

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented person with excellent time-management ability as well as strong communication skills. This person should be comfortable with multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.

  • Strong organization and phone skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Good soft skills – interaction with different people and positions within the company (sales department, finance, technical service, shipping & receiving)

Education and Experience Requirement

  • 2-3 years experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus
  • Medical device experience is a plus
