*All administrators are expected to work in-person as of August 16 with some off-campus days during the week. Position will be remote until August 16th
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

- Familiarity with Slate and content management systems
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Adobe software
- Prior experience in Communications and/or Admissions positions preferred
The incumbent works closely with the Associate Dean of Admissions & Outreach to support the university's recruitment and enrollment efforts including communications with prospective and admitted students, planning and hosting of recruiting events and online informational sessions, and preparation of written materials including newsletters and website updates, among others.
Specific tasks include responding to email inquiries on the application and enrollment process, managing outreach to academic and other external partners, applicant record and database management.
Required skills include excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to engage effectively with internal and external constituencies, familiarity with Slate and content management systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software.
Prior experience in Communications and/or Admissions positions preferred.
