Our US HR and Talent Acquisition team is seeking an HR Administrator to join our team in Boston. You will work closely with our HR Shared Service Manager to provide effective and efficient HR and recruitment administration support with an emphasis on quick turnaround and data accuracy. You will also provide an exceptional customer experience to stakeholders. 

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Chasing candidates for paperwork and outstanding items

  • Background checks/drug screens for client work

  • Verification of employment letters

  • Data entry/ updating PeopleSoft records

  • Organizing file room/ creating employee files

  • Assist with status change letters/ termination paperwork

  • Assist in ad hoc projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of relevant work within a recruitment or HR support role 

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, ideally within a recruitment or HR support role with heavy calendaring experience and candidate management

  • Prior experience managing a large volume of applicants

  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Smart Recruiter

 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a management consultancy or a recruitment agency environment is strongly preferred

  • Strong analytical skills and previous experience working with reporting metrics, ideally for a federal contractor working with OFCCP regulations

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with competence working both individually, and as a team member. 

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Windows environment: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Must be able to work well within a fast-paced team environment, collaborating on projects in order to achieve results for multiple stakeholders with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Must be able to proactively handle interview scheduling challenges and last-minute changes.
