An automotive company seeks a Talent Acquisition Administrator for a 3+ month contract assignment.
- 1+ year in a corporate setting handling administrative tasks
- Experience supporting a Talent Acquisition team
- Handle Candidate outreach/follow up including following up with offer letters, responding to inbound emails to recruiting inbox, updating candidate statuses in ATS, etc.)
- Update candidate trackers
- Ensure applications and paperwork are completed
- Assist with scheduling interviews with Recruiters as needed
- Assist with scheduling candidates for hiring events and/or information sessions
