Job Summary:
Customer service representatives will answer incoming calls from Affiliates (members that distribute company products). Representatives will assist in placing orders, responding to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information. As a customer service representative you will provide Information regarding Account Status and steps needed to resolve any issues
 Job Duties:
  • Answer incoming calls (50 daily) and respond to inbound customer’s emails (50 daily)
  • Management and resolve customer complaints
  • Place affiliate orders in the computer system 
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
  • Process orders, forms, and application
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Route emails to the appropriate resources
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
