A creative agency located near Union Square is seeking Operations Manager to join their team on a temporary basis! Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience managing an office space, will have worked in client facing roles, and have experience planning and leading events such as staff meeting, retreats, annual parties.
* 5-7 years’ experience in managing an office space
*Experience planning and coordinating virtual/in-person company events (weekly staff meetings, on/off-site events, team retreats, annual holiday party, etc.)
*Experience with vendor management and scheduling
*Experience working with an IT team
