Job Location: 4715 Viewridge Ave #100, San Diego, CA 92123

Hours:  6:30am – 3:30pm, 7am – 4pm, 8am – 5pm

Industry: Financial services

Size: currently 10 on Partner Relationship team, about 75 company-wide

Interview Process: 1st round = 30 minute phone call with a Partner Relationship Exec, then 30 minutes with a Partner Relationship Rep; 2nd round = In-house interview with Director of Sales and same 2 from first round; Hiring Decision

Must Haves:  Strong communication, organized, team player, attention to detail, experience in operations

Preferred: Experience with SalesForce, experience in FinTech/Financial Services

You will need to be highly organized, focused and capable of multi-tasking within a fast-paced sales environment. Your input will be key in ensuring that your team operates smoothly, and that administrative processes are efficient and frictionless, allowing the team to prioritize relationship-building and sales, in order to close more transactions. Your success in this role will determine your path.
  • Enhance and improve process efficiency for the team and its clients, and provide the necessary administrative support to help close deals
  • Support and motivate our Partner Channel team and our partners to optimize deal volumes and quality
  • Experience with and a passion for operations.
  • A strong desire to grow professionally within a sales team.
  • The ability to multitask and think well on your feet.
  • The ability to communicate effectively within a team, over the phone, face-to-face and via email.
  • Strong organizational skills with a meticulous focus on detail.
  • Being driven and self-motivated.
  • A positive, goal-oriented attitude.
Bonus skills
  • Exposure to Finance.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce).
  • MS Office.
