Accounts Payable Specialist

A growing food manufacturing company located in Anaheim CA is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist on a temporary to permanent basis right away. The individual in this role will be responsible for performing a wide range of AP duties including: processing bank and credit card transactions to GL, coding expenses, filing accounting documents, maintaining vendor records, matching weekly check runs, researching vendor inquiries, reporting/analysis for various departments and vendors, reconciling monthly vendor statements, and any other duties related to the Accounts Payable process.

Must Haves:
*1+ year of full cycle AP experience in corporate setting
*Intermediate Excel skills (Sum/If, Vlookups, Offset, Match, Index)
*Some ERP software experience

*Ideal candidate will have some AR experience as well
*Food manufacturing experience
*SAP software experience (ideally SAP Business One)

*Oracle and QuickBooks experience preferred
