Office Manager- AP and AR focused

Growing CPG company has an immediate need for an Office manager.  This individual will spend about 30% of the time handling office support- vendor management, ordering supplies, working with building management, etc.  The remaining responsibilities will include clerical AP and AR tasks such as processing invoices and collections.  If you are interested in a hybrid role, please apply!

Must Haves:

  • 2+ years supporting AP functions
  • Intermediate Excel SKills
  • Previous experience (or at least a willingness) to support day-to-day office administration- sorting mail, answering phones, coordinating with building management, ordering office supplies, etc


  • AR/Collections experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree experience
