Growing CPG company has an immediate need for an Office manager. This individual will spend about 30% of the time handling office support- vendor management, ordering supplies, working with building management, etc. The remaining responsibilities will include clerical AP and AR tasks such as processing invoices and collections. - 2+ years supporting AP functions
- Intermediate Excel SKills
- Previous experience (or at least a willingness) to support day-to-day office administration- sorting mail, answering phones, coordinating with building management, ordering office supplies, etc
- AR/Collections experience
- Bachelor’s Degree experience
