  • Responsible for hiring all positions in the company ranging from highly technical roles to sales
  • Coordinate and post all job postings and ads utilizing online job boards, internal job postings and school postings etc.
  • Recommend and participate in pro-active recruitment strategies, such as college relations, job fairs, military recruiting as warranted
  • Pre-screen and recommend candidates to present to hiring managers
  • Schedule all interviews, including booking rooms, travel arrangements as needed
  • Review applicant information (i.e. background check results) prior to offer
  • Negotiate offers and generate offer letters
  • Enter/Validate new employees into HRIS
  • ATS experience
  • Set-up Orientations (New Hire, Benefits, Ergonomic, and all other applicable); notify managers and new hires of the orientation schedule in advance.
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 3-5 years’ experience sourcing and recruiting top talent
  • Ability to source for technical and other highly skilled positions
  • Ability to generate high-volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines through Boolean searches, social networking, cold calling and all other resources available
  • Creativity in approaching and sourcing hard to fill positions after all other resources have been exhausted
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and passive candidates
  • A clear understanding of the recruiting process and the importance of the candidate experience and willingness to enhance processes to provide a stronger experience
  • Ability to support multiple functions and business units
  • Ability to establish social networking accounts
  • Proven ability to work with a variety of people in diverse backgrounds
