Job Title: Contract Order Administrator
Job Description: Highly visible position is responsible for managing all incoming revenue Orders to Netscout. The Order Administrator is a centralized resource with primary control over distribution of orders for booking and sales credit. This person will manage inbound customer inquiries and triages all new orders for completeness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):

Administrative support of a fast-paced Sales Organization
Ensure accurate and timely review of all transactions including, but not limited to quotes and purchase orders
Build strong working relationships and provide cross-functional support to internal customers including Sales, Customer Support, Product Management, Finance, Logistics, Marketing Operations and Management
Assist Sales with accurate forecasting
Continuous process improvements in an effort to enhance the Customer/Partner experience
Assist Sales with quoting process and propose best practices to address Customer/Partner needs and requirements
Prepare Support and Maintenance Renewal quotes for Customers and Partners
Ensure Maintenance and Support contracts are set up correctly in NetSuite and provide support notifications to Customers and Partners
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve order related issues
Booking Sales orders. Review all inbound orders for completeness
Determine Sales Team Ownership after reviewing product mix and type of order
Trigger Workflows NETSUITE Ticketing systems
Add opportunities when needed
Answer Customer Inbound Voicemail inquiries
Manage EDI Tools Stocking Orders
Special projects as required

Skills/Experience: Bachelors in Finance or Business Administration

Experience Requirements:

5+ years of experience working in Sales Administration or Sales Operations/order management
Experience in Database Management Systems (NetSuite preferred)
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Strong planning and organizational skills; must be able to effectively prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines
Strives & drive for results; a strong desire to contribute
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
Ability to work independently, prioritize and multitask in a team environment
Detailed oriented
Must be willing to work overtime at month end and quarter end.
