A Queen’s based nonprofit is looking to add a TA Coordinator to their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis. The TA Coordinator will help implement recruiting strategies that support the mission and goals of the organization. This candidate will assist with Community Outreach, building talent pipelines, sourcing, interviewing, and supporting the onboarding process. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of talent acquisition experience preferably in the nonprofit space.
*Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
*3+ years of experience in talent acquisition
*Experiencing using an ATS
*Recruiting in Nonprofit, education, or childcare environments
*SPHR, SHRM-SCP or similar certification
