A private banking client is looking to hire a Technical Recruiter to work remote fulltime on an ongoing contract basis. This role is for candidates in EST who have sourced in New England markets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dedicated and successful company.
They are looking for a strategic and savvy Technical Recruiter to be join their team to build pipelines, source targeted roles, and perform first-level interviews with Technical Operations, PMO, and Technical Product Development talent. What’s Expected: • You will be gifted in developing robust sourcing strategies and solutions to build pipelines and proactively attract technical, tech ops, and PMO talent in a competitive marketplace • Proactively identify and assess talent for volume and hard-to-fill roles • Identify pipelines and pools of talent consistent with the Boston Fed’s diversity-hiring initiatives • Build talent by mining the client's Taleo ATS, LinedIn, social media, and personal networks; integrate and track output using Workday • Act as the subject-matter expert, you will identify and propose solutions to any pipeline building or candidate sourcing roadblocks; identifies ways to scale pipeline activity to support volume hiring • Implement sourcing solutions that identify and engage passive candidates • Manage candidate database and record hiring conversion rates
– Bachelor's degree
– At least 6 years of experience of job related experience
– Minimum of 2 years working directly as a technical or technical operations sourcing specialist
– Knowledge of ATS and advanced sourcing techniques
