Performs varied, complex and confidential secretarial and administrative work, requiring initiative, judgment and a broad knowledge of Company organization, policies, practices and procedures.
Responsible for developing a schedule for multiple Third Party Attachment Projects.
Responsible for monitoring and changing the schedule as needed to accommodate established goals.
NH IBEW Local 1837? preferred.
Experience with Third Party Attachments is highly desirable.
Computer experience including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, STORMS, Maximo, OMS, DARS, and Workforce/Workday is strongly preferred.
Skilled typing (35 wpm) is required.
Incumbent must possess excellent multi-tasking skills, be detail oriented, meet expectations of multiple organizations and possess the ability to understand goal-driven deliverables.
Incumbent in this position requires the ability to either take or recommend the necessary actions to ensure that goals and targets are achieved.
Education/Experience: Baccalaureate degree or the equivalent. A minimum of three to five years of related experience.
