Field report requests and run reports as needed
Work with senior accountant in requesting new accounts be created.
Issue action items regarding new accounts and disseminate to all related parties.
Maintain the chart of accounts for all grant awards and disseminate quarterly to all staff.
Update the grant folder with appropriate updated grant templates and documentation as required.
Uploading all post award activity into new grant management software. Maintaining the grant software.
Monitoring all deliverables and ensuring we meet all appropriate deadlines.
Prepare sponsor templates for invoicing and submit to Senior Director, Grant Finance for final review and approval.
