Payroll Onboarding Specialist:

Our client's Payroll team is looking to hire a Payroll Onboarding Specialist to play an integral role in assisting their customers in transitioning over their payroll history from their previous payroll system into a Payroll system. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills to work with Payroll’s customers effectively on the phone and through email.

What You'll Do:

  • Communicate directly via email and phone with Payroll customers in order to gather necessary payroll history
  • Validate and enter new customer payroll history into the new Payroll system
  • Relate to merchant onboarding issues and find pragmatic solutions to improve the onboarding process
  • Collaborate with the Payroll team to identify improvements in customer on-boarding
  • Surface opportunities to improve tools, workflow and customer experience
  • Assist with quarterly tax filings and tax payments for Square Payroll customers
  • Ensure a high level of customer service when assisting customers

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills over email, phone, and in-person
  • Tech savvy- Excel experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and loves working with customers
