Job Summary:

Seeking a dynamic Contract Senior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The Contract Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent to sustain and contribute to the company culture and long-term success. This is an individual contributor role, focused on hiring for our Commercial and G&A teams, but will provide support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the recruitment process from kick-off to close, partnering closely with hiring manager and HR colleagues

· Create and execute a recruitment strategy, which results in a top-tier, qualified talent pool of professionals and a strong candidate pipeline

· Influence talent decisions by applying acute knowledge of the organization and deep expertise in the external market

· Drive sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies for each requisition

· Aid in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, internally and externally

· Partner with hiring manager to develop thoughtful interview loops – providing training as required

· Provide weekly updates to HR leader and hiring managers

· Proactively look for innovative ways to implement, revise, and / or update recruitment process and tools

· Perform other special projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

· 5-7+ years of recruiting, sourcing, and full cycle recruiting experience

· Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry experience required

· Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working in a fast-paced, matrix organization – highly collaborative and team oriented

· Superior selection skills and a high level of proficiency in assessing talent

· Proven ability cultivating successful relationships internally and externally

· Strong listening, facilitation, influence, and communications skills

· Sharp time management and organizational skills

· Ability to multi-task; adaptable in style and in working with different functions
