Responsibilities

Assists with and manages in scope definition, design specifications, project plan development and maintenance, implementation, and validation of the assigned projects.
 Interfaces with internal and external resources to support timely completion of projects.
 Contributes to projects with knowledge of quality principles and regulations.
 Set agendas, schedules and attends meetings, takes notes and tracks action items upon request or for the projects assigned to manage.
 Maintains project management software to manage time and resources, schedules meetings, tracks identified activities relating to product development and facilitates communication between various groups throughout the organization. Creates standard and ad hoc reports as needed. Makes appropriate recommendations to management.

Qualifications

- HS Diploma or equivalent
- High volume recruiting experience required
- Experience with recruiting Sales rep roles

- Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, presentation software along with ability to accurately input information into various other software programs
- Experiencing managing/coordinating projects
