2) In person interview faculty leading team

 

Must Haves: 

  • 2+ years Full cycle/High volume recruiting
  • Minimum of four years Human Resources experience with an emphasis on recruiting
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve under tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Recruiting experience for various levels of personnel
  • Exceptional written and oral communication with a diverse group of people
  • Ability to project a positive and professional image to applicants, outside contacts and co-workers
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretionary, sound judgment
  • Strong knowledge base of federal and state laws pertaining to employment
  • Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment and with frequent change

 

Preferred: 

  • 2-3 years Manufacturing environment experience preferred
  • Location – preferably in Saint Augustine, FL
  • Experience working with an ATS, ADP RM experience a plus

SUMMARY

The Temporary Recruiter will support the Providien recruiter and HR team in sourcing, identifying, interviewing, and hiring candidates for direct and indirect positions at the San Diego, Carlsbad, and Sylmar sites.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Creating and managing internal and external job postings.
  • Conducts recruitment efforts for all non-exempt and exempt personnel, interns and temporary personnel.
  • Conducts phone screens and interviews applicants in order to identify qualified candidates considered appropriate for positions available.
  • This position will spend the majority of its time focused on production roles for our thermoforming, injection molding, and machining sites.
  • Coordinates the scheduling of interview appointments with the supervisors/managers of the respective departments.
  • Responsible for acquiring requisitions for position from hiring manager, posting position, sourcing in various areas, interviewing, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining a variety of recruiting reports.
  • Maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Setting up interviews with hiring managers and the recruiter through Outlook
  • Coordinates job offer between Human Resources, Hiring Manager and candidate
  • Pre-screening candidates and assisting with sourcing as needed
  • Other duties as required in support of the department and the company.

 

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities
