This newly created position of Human Resources Administrator will be a key contributor on the HR Team. This role will be responsible for the administrative duties on the HR team, while working closely with the VP, Talent Acquisition Director, and Generalist. This role will assist anywhere from resume anonymity preparation for hiring managers to onboarding and adding new hires to our HRIS. We offer a positive, collaborative working environment and the tools to help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with incoming resumes
  • Preparing documentation such as offer letters and other agreements for new hires
  • New hire onboarding including the administration of new hire paperwork in ADP Workforce Now for all new hires
  • General administrative support
  • Daily administrative duties for the HR team
  • Regular communication of daily tasks with other team members
  • Other ad-hoc needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of Experience
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and HRIS experience (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
  • STRONG attention to detail is imperative in this position
  • Demonstrate communication skills to interact professionally with team members
