Job Location: remote for now. Hybrid at somepoint.

Hours: 8 am – 5 pm. Some mornings will be 8 am because of offices in other countries.

Must Haves:

HR Coordinator:

Responsible for providing support to multiple HR functions globally, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Development, and Retention. 

In supporting the TA function, you will work closely with our HR, Program Excellence, and IT teams to ensure seamless and effective onboarding of new employees. You will also work closely with hiring managers across all departments and candidates globally to support and enable the full cycle of recruitment to ensure a positive candidate experience externally, and efficiency and consistency internally.

In supporting the HR function, you will be responsible for providing support for human resources activities related to personnel record maintenance, global compliance with employment & labor laws, HR best practices, system data entry, and assistance with benefit and policy administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Post, maintain, and refresh job advertisements on various job boards
    • Sift resumes and pass on promising applicants to HR Specialists/Managers and CHRO for screening
    • Identify and pipeline candidates for HR Specialists/Managers and CHRO to reach out to via LinkedIn and other job boards
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones for candidates and team members
  • Update Recruitment Trackers for each area of business (US/UK/Aus/India) daily and ensure follow ups occur
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding checklists for incoming and outgoing employees
  • Initiate and monitor background checks
  • Coordinate the completion of various onboarding activities and events via planning and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure a positive onboarding experience for those involved
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate personnel records and human resources related file. (i.e.: new hire paperwork, job changes, manager changes, promotions, and payroll changes)
  • Maintain I-9s (US) and proof of right to work in other countries
  • Maintain terminated employee records
  • Assist with administration of employee benefits plans including healthcare, life, disability, and other health and welfare benefits programs.
    • Assist employees with annual open enrollment
  • Assist with the continuous audits of all HR processes, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with country-specific employment laws
  • Support the annual employee performance evaluation process
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Adhere to information security and privacy policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
  • Safeguard information assets, including client data
  • Practice discretion and professionalism while working with internal and client data, trade secrets, and other privacy
