We are looking for a highly qualified individual to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts in support of our ongoing headcount growth. This individual will design, drive, and implement initiatives related to candidate sourcing, candidate assessments and candidate experience in partnership with senior business leaders to scale our organization to meet growth projections.
As a Talent Acquisition leader, you will collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Sales and Operations to source, assess and onboard critical talent needs. Your goal will be the continual
development of robust and diverse candidate pipelines that are aligned with both short- and long-term headcount projections.
? Develop Talent Acquisition process, designing and implementing a consistent and positive
end-to-end candidate experience.
? Serve as domain expert for all things related to Talent Acquisition from candidate sourcing to
close/on-boarding, in partnership with senior business leaders in Engineering, Operations,
Sales/Business Development, and G&A.
? Successfully build the brand to expand in talent markets critical to the company's success
? Establish hiring channels and partners to build diverse talent pipelines that align with company’s
hiring plan, budget, and geographical location needs
? Coordinate and schedule employee interviews with leadership and interviewers
? Harness data required to review, assess, and recalibrate sourcing channels and partners.
? Provide a clear understanding of all local, state and federal hiring guidelines
? Drive organizational passion for talent acquisition throughout the organization
? Develop employee recruiting program
? Manage vendor Talent Acquisition vendor relationships
? Provide HR support as needed to the organization
