Exciting medical device technology start up is hiring a customer service team to support a product launch. Ideal hire has strong phone communication skills and is tech savvy.  Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.  HIPAA knowledge is a plus. Corporate customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

•             Handling of sensitive data with great attention to detail

•             Engage with patients across multiple channels: SMS, email, and phone

•             Be able to answer related questions to the project in an articulate manner

•             Collaborate with your supervisors and peers to identify and quickly resolve issues, recommend new approaches to strive for best practices.
