Seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist HR with key priority projects and handling highly confidential information. Working closely with the HR Team the HR Coordinator will play an integral part in creating a more efficient Human Resource function.
The HR Coordinator will work closely with the HR team on several key projects including but not limited to:
- Recruiting sources research project – reviewing existing recruiting sources and researching new sources and their effectiveness. Assist with job postings to selected sources.
- Assist with foundation work needed to support a total compensation review initiative.
- Project to update employee personnel files.
- AS, BA/BS or HR certificate preferred.
- Relevant experience In HR a plus
- 1-2 years professional office experience preferred.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
