HR Coordinator



Seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist HR with key priority projects and handling highly confidential information. Working closely with the HR Team the HR Coordinator will play an integral part in creating a more efficient Human Resource function.


The HR Coordinator will work closely with the HR team on several key projects including but not limited to:

  • Recruiting sources research project – reviewing existing recruiting sources and researching new sources and their effectiveness. Assist with job postings to selected sources.
  • Assist with foundation work needed to support a total compensation review initiative.
  • Project to update employee personnel files.


  • AS, BA/BS or HR certificate preferred.
  • Relevant experience In HR a plus
  • 1-2 years professional office experience preferred.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
