Job Summary/Description:

As a Recruiting Lead you will act as a trusted hiring partner, leading the full lifecycle of recruiting activities in support of Corporate functions that constitute Global Services (GS).

In partnership with other key members of the GS Recruiting team, you will manage the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers for all candidates in a high-volume, fast-paced, global setting. You will be entrusted and accountable for maintaining high quality standards and delivering a positive experience for all candidates and key stakeholders at each phase of the recruiting process.

In order to successfully lead the internal and external full lifecycle recruiting efforts, you will have excellent relationship and process management skills and be effective in building lasting partnerships with internal hiring managers (several of whom are Partners), the Global Services HR Team, HR in local offices and agency partners. Areas of ownership for you include:

? Managing the full recruiting lifecycle for open positions across several functions (example-

marketing, operations, human resources, etc.) in a highly matrixed, global environment.

? Creatively source candidates from a variety of sources to ensure a diverse and qualified pool of

candidates (LinkedIn, Indeed, Membership boards, Alumni Websites etc.)

? Developing and implementing strategies to raise awareness of brand and value

proposition primarily in the US and Europe.

? Serve as primary contact for all candidates, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and

search agency representatives (when used) for all assigned requisitions.

? Provide regular and timely updates and communications to candidates regarding their status in the process, consistent with the recruiting brand

? Create, lead and execute effective plans for sourcing and selecting candidates. This involves working on an independent basis as well as providing direction to Recruitment team members assisting with the open requisitions

? Work seamlessly with recruitment coordinator team on interview scheduling conflicts, guidance

and providing necessary context for a smooth interview process

? Evaluate candidates during resume review, screening & interview process, make recommendations on candidate’s qualifications for roles according to company values

? Coordinate with local European office contacts and oversee the recruiting process when recruiting for Global Services positions located outside North America

? Record, maintain and track all recruiting activities in B.E.S.T (BrassRing) applicant tracking system. The Recruiting Lead is responsible for ensuring records and statuses for all candidates and requisitions are accurate and up-to-date.

? Provide regular status updates and recruiting summaries for all open requisitions and recruiting activities to key stakeholders (Hiring Manager, Functional Leadership, HR Business Partners)

? In close partnership with the HR Business Partner, drive the candidate offer process, make salary recommendations & manage negotiations and close candidates.

? Work closely and build strong working relationships with hiring managers and leaders within Global Services’ functional areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

? Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

? 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience; a combination of both agency and in house corporate recruiting experience preferred

? Demonstrated experience and proven success recruiting candidates from multiple disciplines and at various career levels.

? Experience sourcing in house professionals across an array of functional areas (and at levels from Entry to Senior Director)

? Understanding of recruiting related metrics to optimize performance

? Must have experience with and be comfortable simultaneously managing the 15+ unique requisitions at various stages of the recruiting process with a sense of urgency and without sacrificing quality

? Experience in a professional services organization is highly advantageous

Computer Skills

? Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office programs on a regular basis as tools to

do your job efficiently. This includes: Excel (Intermediate skills required) PowerPoint, Outlook & Word

? Experience with applicant tracking systems, either proprietary or enterprise applications (BrassRing preferred). Able to learn and apply new technologies quickly

Salary: 90-105K

Bonus: bonus up to 16% paid in December (first year target would be 9-12%)

Other Comp/Benefits: 5% retirement contribution, goes up to 10% after 2 years of service. *Ideal candidate is someone who has worked in agency and moved in-house for a larger organization

*Notes directly from David: This is focused on non-consulting, corporate hiring for Global Service positions. They would handle full cycle recruitment, with an average req load of ~15 positions. Need someone who has done full cycle recruitment before, comfortable with direct sourcing and using LinkedIn recruiter to run and target passive talent- they can’t be someone who has not sourced on their own prior or hasn’t used LinkedIn recruiter. They own the candidate application pool referrals and the internal hiring process.

They need to be comfortable in a high volume and at times fast paced environment. Ideally this role will be supporting our HR/People function primarily ( so L&D roles, compensation, benefits, rewards, HR operations, HR business partner team, HR Project & Change roles) with a minority focus on some more operations roles ( potentially procurement, real estate, travel etc).
