Job Responsibilities:

As our administrator, your primary responsibility will be handling and scanning mail room packages being sent out. You will work closely with our team to ensure understanding of each vendor’s relationship. Attention to detail is import and the quality of work is key to the success of this project. 

The ideal candidate for this position would also meet the following requirements:

•             Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

•             Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•             Process and detail-oriented

•             Flexible and patient with repetitive work

•             Able to multitask and prioritize schedule

•             Ability to follow directions and work independently

•             Diligent, dedicated and focused
