A private company is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to work remote fulltime on an ongoing contract basis. This role works EST but is open to workers in any time zone. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dedicated and successful company.
Provides Reliability support and operational support to GRM Contact Center employees. Responsibilities include accurate and efficient reconciliation & recording of hours worked for each employee. Creating and maintaining automated time sheets. Running daily reports for use in Reliability tracking and reconciliation to accurately record time worked into the Time Management system; Monitoring Virtual Call-Off Log voicemail. Replying to email requests from Mangers, Representatives and HRSC for assigned Business units
– HS diploma or equivalent
– IEX Software experience
– Strong with Excel
