Job Summary/Description:

The Talent Acquisition Engagement Specialist under the direction of the Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations, is responsible for providing support to the Talent Acquisition’s initiatives involving talent engagement, onboarding and events.

  • Schedules appointments for candidate medical clearance, in addition to scheduling for recruitment events support
  • Establishes and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders in preparation for TA events
  • Develops surveys to analyze hiring manager and candidate experiences and reports on areas of improvement for TA as it relates to experience
  • Schedules and coordinates all logistics for TA events, including but not limited to our weekly New Team Member Orientation
  • Coordinates, monitors, and participates timelines and ensure deadlines are met for all TA events
  • Organizes and decorate event space for New Team Member Orientation and other TA events
  • Manages correspondences between hiring department and candidate
  • Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre-and post-event surveys
  • Keep inventory of backdrops, props and other display materials
