A private company is looking to hire an Office Assistant to work remote fulltime on an ongoing contract basis. This role works EST but is open to workers in any time zone. Performs various administrative support duties, such as reviewing incoming documents, entering information into an application or system; opening, sorting and delivering mail; scanning, filing and photocopying documents; and answering phones. Follows standard procedures and applies basic administrative skills/ knowledge to accomplish recurring tasks, such as responding to routine correspondence, inquiries and informational requests.
– HS diploma or equivalent
– Experience completing administrative tasks
– Experience in an administrative setting
– Strong WFH space and WIFI
