Growing consumer products company is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative on a temporary basis right away. The main focus of this role is to respond to client emails and phone calls in order to resolve any customer issues that come up including: troubleshooting product issues, ordering replacements parts, recommending solutions, and processing orders. The individual in this role will work closely with the inside sales, outside sales, warehouse, and shipping teams. Someone with strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong customer service skills, and careful attention to detail would be the right fit here.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- SAP experience (or similar large ERP).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in MS Word and Excel
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Familiarity with Purchase Orders
