Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a driven candidate with a bias for action and an enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment to join their team as a Customer Service Representative.  This person will be responsible for providing professional and quality service for our customers who use our products to provide innovative solutions within the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Energy Management industries. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilizing multiple systems and shared resources to resolve customer concerns and questions regarding price, delivery, order status, etc. in a timely manner

  • Reviewing and entering new orders placed by customers via phone and email

  • Working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to confirm pricing, shipments, and order status

  • Communicating with customers via phone, email and fax

  • Communicating with CSR Team within a dedicated Team channel

  • Other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

Required Skills/Experience: 

  • College degree or equivalent work experience

  • Proficient with MS Office

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 

  • Customer-centric attitude and ability to maintain a friendly, professional demeanor 

  • Must be resourceful, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision

 

Desired Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor degree is preferred 

  • Experience working directly with customers in hospitality, retail, or other service-oriented business environments 

  • Comfortable with learning new technology and able to quickly get familiar with navigating various software applications

  • Familiarity with SAP or Oracle a plus
