Are you looking to develop your professional skills as part of a collaborative team? A large biotech company seeks a bright and passionate Human Resources (HR) Recruiting Coordinator to join their vibrant team! This position stands on a 6-month contract basis; however, it has the potential to extend. The individual in this role will work directly with candidates and hiring managers to schedule onsite interviews and phone screens, may require arranging travel for visiting candidates. Moreover, this is a great opportunity for ‘customer focused’ individual that has a desire to grow their career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and reference calls
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates and interviewers throughout the interview day, promptly resolving any scheduling conflicts if they arise
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Assist with onboarding processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of HR or administration experience
  • Scheduling experience
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, self-sufficient, analytical and collaborative
  • Ability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationships
  • Exceptional customer-service skills, able to respond to employee questions with tact and diplomacy 

Preferences:

  • Biotech industry experience
