B.S. degree required, Masters Preferred

5-7 years of human resource generalist experience with specific experience in employee relations, compensation, recruitment, coaching, organization development, training, and benefit administration

Results oriented with a strong customer service focus and collaborative approach

Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and relate well with employees and managers alike
-
Counsel and advise on employee relations issues and provide day-to-day coaching guidance to leaders
-
Ability to become trusted advisor with strong business acumen and skills in problem solving

Ability to understand business goals and provide innovative HR solutions in line with overall business needs and objectives.

Translate business strategies and objectives into human resource strategy that helps achieve business objectives

Ability to be influential and credible HR leader, and collaboratively and constructively challenge and coach leaders on their individual and collective effectiveness.

Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence

Familiarity with performance management, and support managers with the ongoing capability to build their teams

Computer literacy specifically with Microsoft Windows package is required.

Project management experience or skills a plus

HRIS experience with various HRIS systems a plus

PHR certification is preferred.
