Key Requirements

  • B.S. degree required, Masters Preferred

  • 5-7 years of human resource generalist experience with specific experience in employee relations, compensation, recruitment, coaching, organization development, training, and benefit administration

  • Results oriented with a strong customer service focus and collaborative approach

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and relate well with employees and managers alike

  • Counsel and advise on employee relations issues and provide day-to-day coaching guidance to leaders

  • Ability to become trusted advisor with strong business acumen and skills in problem solving

  • Ability to understand business goals and provide innovative HR solutions in line with overall business needs and objectives.

  • Translate business strategies and objectives into human resource strategy that helps achieve business objectives

  • Ability to be influential and credible HR leader, and collaboratively and constructively challenge and coach leaders on their individual and collective effectiveness.

  • Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence

  • Familiarity with performance management, and support managers with the ongoing capability to build their teams

  • Computer literacy specifically with Microsoft Windows package is required.

  • Project management experience or skills a plus 

  • HRIS experience with various HRIS systems a plus 

  • PHR certification is preferred.
