Compiles requests for materials, prepares purchase orders, and keeps track of purchases and supplies. Handles order inquiries. Makes sure that purchases arrive on schedule and meet the specifications identified by the purchaser. Generally reports to a Supervisor or Manager.
Prepare and submits reimbursement reports in CONCUR.
Will be managing shopping carts in SAP.
* Proficient with MS Office Suite
* SAP/Ariba experience required.
* Experience with higher education a plus.
