HR Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Process new contractor on?boarding paperwork (8 – 15 daily), includes sending contracts, tax documents, client specific paperwork, etc.
  • Resolve contactor inquiries (i.e. payroll questions, benefit issues)
  • Manage full cycle responsibility of drug and background screenings
  • Coordinate healthcare screenings for candidate on-boarding 
  • Handle and file high volume of HR related documentation
  • Process employment verification letters
  • Review and Audit Background Invoices
  • Other various projects and assignments as needed

Requirements:

Minimum one to three years comparable HR / employee on?boarding experience
within a professional office
At least one year of healthcare credentialing experience 
Above average computer skills and speed to accommodate high volume of
activity
Proven track record of following through on issues to timely resolution
Superior customer service skills and organizational ability
Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records
management, and general administration
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Associates / Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
Fluent in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)
