Description

  • Maintain organized office and perform various office administrative tasks
  • Execute office mailings (email and regular mail), including donation acknowledgement letters and fundraising appeal letters/solicitations
  • Work with and assist staff and board members in their duties including development, fundraising, capital campaign, publicity, marketing, building maintenance, programming, and volunteer management
  • Assist with all tasks for annual fundraiser tribute benefit and be primary coordinator
  • Work with and coordinate vendors for purchases and services (printing and bulk mailing, trash, alarm, security, supplies, cleaning, etc.) and maintain inventory of all supplies
  • Manage organizational calendar (tours, staffing, events, meetings, etc.)
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Maintain integrity of data in donor database/CRM
  • Complete weekly remote check and cash and update CRM accordingly
  • Build and maintain detailed reports on several business units and fundraising initiatives
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person, by email, or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Superb telephone, written, and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and customer focus
  • Experience with any type of CRM or donor database
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
