This Position is for a Customer Service Manager
Position reports to the Director of Logistics
Supervision responsibility for 4-6 customer service representatives managing domestic and affiliate sales orders.
Direct the daily operations for the customer service department including;
Monitor and manage sales order process
Handle Complex and Escalated Service Issues
Interface with various departments such as; Sales, Distribution, Transportation, Supply Chain, Finance.
Customer/fulfillment requirements such as; Master Data, Promotional rules, Account specific needs.
Internal reporting of various sales order shipment or customer data
Monitoring of Customer KPI's or Scorecards
Oversee the achievement of customer service levels
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required. Experience in CPG/OTC Customer Service/Order Management. Knowledge of JD Edwards systems is a plus
Excellent Communication and use of MS Office
Understanding of EDI transactions
