A leading academic institution on the Upper West Side of Manhattan is looking to hire a temporary Housing Services Manager right away.  This role calls for someone who can manage room assignments, room changes, billing, and reporting for an undergraduate student population. This work includes overseeing occupancy agreements, cancellations, room transfers, billing, reporting work, an more. The right candidate will have strong customer service skills, some experience working in housing or unit management.

Must Haves:
*Bachelor’s Degree
*Previous experience doing accounting/billing/tracking work in housing setting
*Experience doing some reporting in Excel or other software
*Willing to do administrative work as needed

Preferred:
*Previous experience working in higher education
*StarRez Housing system experience
*Previous supervisory expereince
