Job Spec

Essential responsibilities and duties include:

  • Act as a point of contact for all HR related inquiries
  • Initiating on-line pre-hire paperwork
  • Scanning and maintaining employment records
  • Creating offer letters
  • Completing new-hire information into our HRIS system
  • Completing verifications of employment
  • Managing the administrative aspect of the company employee referral program
  • Gain full understanding of all company benefit offerings
  • Manage the Employee of the Quarter (EOQ) Recognition Program
  • Assist with the onboarding process.
  • Assisting HR & training department with other areas such as benefits administration, employee relations and activities planning, and employee customer service
  • Serve as a back-up to the front-desk reception area

Most important responsibility:

  • WOW! Internal and external customers

Required Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred, High School diploma or GED required
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • ADP HRIS a Plus, if not a Must
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
  • Multi-tasker and detail oriented
