Program Coordinator- Boston

Description:

Not all job responsibilities are listed below. Other duties may be assigned. Examples of job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following principal duties and responsibilities:

 

Under the Program Manager’s supervision:

·         Coordinates daily operations and activities to support the Institutional Cores Facilities, TransLab, and ECRAC

·         Coordinates and sends regular announcements to the research community

·         Coordinates and maintains multiple institutional websites

·         Coordinates Research Funding opportunities

·         Manages calendar and announcements such as Research funding deadlines, ECRAC meetings, and REC meetings

·         Plans weekly zoom meetings, yearly and quarterly meetings, and/or conferences; coordinates logistics, scheduling, and participant communications

·         Monitors and triages multiple email accounts

·         Confers with and advises staff and others to provide technical advice, problem-solving assistance, answers to questions, and program goals; refers to appropriate department person when unable to respond

·         Maintains excellent recordkeeping (emails, shared drive, etc. and maintaining the Institutional Equipment Database)

·         Assists in the development of new initiatives and communications

·         Prepares periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status, or other special reports for management or outside agencies

·         Organizes onboarding program; some tasks may include ordering equipment and supplies for new hires/onboarding new TransLab employees, etc

·         Responsible for developing SOPS for guiding processes and procedures, etc

·         Prepares or assists in creating documents for funding and/or funding continuation from outside sponsors

·         Assists in other responsibilities assigned by the manager
