The main responsibilities of the Office and Administrative Clerk will be to to answer calls from prospective customers for both CT and MA, as related to gas conversion availability, benefits of natural gas, application process, general pricing and service installation procedures.
• Also responds to gas inquiries from web leads, emails and mail.
• Reviews CT and MA mapping systems to see if gas is available for new gas customer requests.
• Will work closely with field Energy Advisors to schedule appointments for gas conversion.
• Responds to customer complaints regarding products and services, anticipates situations and recommends appropriate solutions.
• Ability to learn multiple IT systems – C2, CIS, Salesforce, Microsoft Word & Excel, GIS mapping system, Maximo, and Outlook.
